Get Blogging Lessons From A Pro

October 17th, 2009 · 20 Comments

Here on Teenius, I’ve always tried my hardest to provide quality content that will inform, entertain and most importantly help other bloggers to maximise the potential of their blogs. As the author of Teenius, I feel I’ve been fairly successful in doing that (if the comments are anything to go by!), but I still felt that I couldn’t fully give the support that some blogs and bloggers so desperately need. That is why I’m now opening up a consultancy business.

How it works

The consultancy business I’m offering is quite simple: you’re basically hiring me to help you with your blog. I can give practical advice on a wide variety of topics, and can help you vastly improve your blog in many different aspects. Not only can I tell you different aspects of your blog that you need to improve (and how to improve them), but I can also give advice to you as a blogger to give you the edge that webmasters so desperately need now the internet is getting more and more saturated.

What qualifies me?!

I know what you’re probably thinking; why should you give your money to me? What makes me qualified to give advice to other bloggers? Well, I’m highly respected in the blogging community and have run/been involved with a number of quality blogs that have been very successful.

As well as this, I have a testimonial from Enk of Chidimar.com, a popular blog, who used my service. This is what he said:

‘Simon is a very capable blogger, and the half hour I spent talking to him has seriously help change my blog. The session gave me loads of great ideas to continue and improve my blog. Also, he informed me of several ways to earn some really nice money and expand my blog network. I HIGHLY recommend this service!’

What’s included?

Here’s a short list of the process:

  • You purchase a package (details at the end of the post)
  • I look at your website and draft some suggestions (so that you have more time to ask questions in the session)
  • The session (where I tell you my ideas and you ask any questions you may have)

After the session, I’ll send you a full report that summarises the conversation we have so that you can refer back and won’t forget!

How much does it cost?

I’m offering several packages that vary in cost, which you can see below:

Session Time Price Description
15 Minutes
$20.00 A 15 minute session will give you some basic
information that will help you change your blog
for the better, giving you some tips on
how to change your blog for maximum revenue.
30 Minutes
$30.00 A 30 minute session will do everything the 15
minute session does, but will also go in to further
detail and give tips on how to improve YOURSELF,
which will in turn help your blog.
1 Month
$100.00 This package is the ultimate. You will be able to
ask me any question you want for a month. As
you can imagine, this package will be extremely
indepth and will undoubtedly make you infinately
better as a blogger, as well as providing you with
loads of valuable tips.
Now, I can fully appreciate the above prices seem a lot, but they’re actually a complete bargain! I’ve seen others of my blogging ability charge $120/hour!

Great, I’m in!

This really worked for me Simon. I hope more Bloggers are gonna take advantage of this cool offer ! :) .
Keep up the good work !

    • Teenius says:

      Hi Enk!
Firstly, I’m glad you enjoyed the service and found it useful! I see that some of the things we talked about are already being implemented, and if you need any more help feel free to ask… I’m here to help after all! ;)

  • Great service Simon! A lot of bloggers could make use of this.

    • Teenius says:

Thanks Tom! I found that, although I was doing my best to help people, I couldn’t really guide someone through the blogging process. Now, however, using this service can give people that 1-on-1 help that new bloggers desperately need. :)

  • Cool idea and service bro.. I would like to say something about you too… please create a testimonial page.. that might help in webmaster services ! ;)

  • Tejaswini says:

Now-a-days blogging is becoming too serious that bloggers want to put their best efforts to make their blog one of the fastest growing blog. This is a good service that you have started, very much essential for the new bloggers who want to a forceful start from the very first and also for those who are staggering a bit behind and trying to bring back the charm. I also think that you can create some testimonial page, it would add up.

    • Teenius says:

Yeah, blogging is so big now that you really need an “edge” if you want to be getting good traffic and make some real money.

The testimonial page is coming soon, but I’ll offer a discount to anyone who wants to take a review copy (limited time only!. :)

  • David Shaw says:

I am sure that people will find your service great, as a lot of bloggers get stuck in a rut and cant get their blog to that next level!

    • Teenius says:

Agreed! There seem to be a stage where bloggers earn maybe a few dollars a day, and it is difficult to get past that step and start earning some real money. Hopefully people who use this service will find they jump past that step!

Also, don’t forget that people who are starting their first blog often struggle to get it off to a good start, and I can help there, too! :)

  • Hmm, There is no doubt that you always provide worthy stuff for your followers like this. keep posting like this.

  • AM Blogger says:

I guess it definately worths a try, afterall the lessons are from a pro. :P :D

  • David Shaw says:

    @Simon
Have you had much interest in this service?

    • Teenius says:

I’ve had a bit of interest, but nothing substantial. That said, I haven’t advertised it apart from on this post and a single thread on DigitalPoint Forums. I did one session that went quite well, and another one is in the planning stage.

It’s probably a good job I haven’t had that much interest: I’ve been so busy recently it’s unreal! :(

  • Amar says:

Hey simon, Thats a great thing you have started for the new guys. I am sure guys would love to use your service as you have been blogging for a long time now and definitely have a lot of knowledge. If i ever have any problem, I am def. taking lessons from you ;)
