Experiment: Mark What Simon Says

April 24th, 2010 · 21 Comments

Apparatus: 1) Test Subject: Mark (An unsuspecting friend) 2) Some crafty wickedness.

Aim: To get even with Mark for continually winning in Mario Kart Wii during the Easter holidays.

Procedure:

  1. Open PeterAnswers
  2. Get your test subject (unsuspecting friend, might as well call him the guinea pig) to ask general question to which you already have answers to.
  3. Than in the Petition enter “.” (full stop) followed by the answer. Make sure the answer ends with a “.” (full stop).
  4. Continue to type the petition.
  5. Than enter your friend’s question in the question data field.
  6. Repeat the procedure from step 2 to step 5 till you tire out of boredom (yeah, if that’s possible) or till the the guinea pig, your unsuspecting friend, find finally catches you (not gonna happen).

Observation: No matter what you type in the Petition, in between the full stops, a pre-entered petition shows and hides the typed in words just like asterisks hide passwords when opening your email. Mark finds the tarot more amusing when he enters the questions himself. Simon says, “Mark is a fool!”

Conclusion: Mark finally agrees he is a fool.
